Incredible service! Our server, Sunny, made excellent beer recommendations and kept us smiling-we even included her in our photo-op. Their patio is large and is covered. Music was great and food delish! Perfect environment to catch up and hang out with friends-

Horrible service. Made reservations for 25 people. Arrived to find out they don't take reservations and my name was written in the band book! Half our party was served and the other half forgotten until the others had finished their food. No drink refills offered. No water. The manager didn't even offer an apology just kept saying it wasn't her fault. Unbelievable. Many of us were first time visitors... never again. Great impression for a company get together! Hi Sara, although we do not take reservations, we offer call ahead seating instead. That being said, we apologize greatly for the miscommunication. We can do better. You are absolutely right and if you could please message us to further inquire about what happened to ensure this stops here. MGMT and staff should have done all we could've to correct the situation. We are in the midst of changes and we would love to extend an invitation to you and a friend for drinks and apps.
We go here a lot and the service just gets worse and worse. It would take at least 20 minutes to get a drink from the time you ordered one. The waitress was horrible and ignored us most of the night. We were there to see The Mulligans and is the only reason we did not leave early. The beer was warm and beer glasses were hot. This seems like the usually every time we visit WOB in Greensboro. We love this place! It gets crowded & busy, but there are lots of activities to engage in while you wait for a table...Corn Hole, Big Jenga, etc. The food is great, we have tried several different items and have been completely satisfied with the yummyness! Our friends & I have a ball on the karaoke night's, please keep it going! Mike Angel is a great karaoke DJ. The staff is always friendly and courteous.
