Been dealing with Allen and World Jewels for almost a year now and got 3 pieces made from them. They have the best prices for gold and natural diamond pieces. They offered me a refund on any of my pieces if I didn’t want it any more but of course I kept them. Can’t beat world jewels and what they offer. No other jewelry store will offer a refund on a custom piece. Thank you World Jewels!

BEWARE!! Horrible customer service and the specs on the website do not match what they send you. I called to make an order for an eternity Diamond band and needed it for a specific day within 2 weeks. They told no worries I would have 3 days before the day I needed it. 3 days before I still had no tracking call the company and they say oh no sorry it won’t make it that day but we will ship out within 5 days for sure. 5 days came and went still no tracking. I absolutely love my diamond braclet 14k white gold. I highly recommend World Jewels for your diamond jewelry. Great customer service and Allen is very kind and polite.
I havent received my ring yet and it’s been over a month.so I cannot say how the quality is yet. Only thing I can say is they are very fast at replying to emails but not shipping. I know some items take time to make but nowhere does it say it will take a month or longer to receive it. Very frustrating.
