For 3 decades I've been working out a gyms with squat racks and when someone is resting I've never seen or heard of someone tell me no when asked if I could work in when they're resting. Well rich Harvey/personal trainer told me no that he was training someone and I couldn't work in. And in fact told me I couldn't stand there and wait for the rack. Rich told me I had to wait on the other side of the Gym. Lol! Great customer service. I guess Anastaisia just got a new member.

If you're a power lifter on vacation, this is the perfect place to do a light workout... Pros: VERY clean Very awesome staff Cons: No loads above 315 NO DEADLIFTING NO CHALK Price for a one week pass is $30...if I could have found a gym that would allow deadlifts, I would have paid twice as much... But the tshirt was cool... An ape, standing on top of the world...deadlifting... And yet there's signs all over the gym telling you deadlifting isn't allowed...
I love World gym, great people, great personal trainors, and undeniable motivation! They have clean Equipment, Friendly Staff, and a WIDE WIDE variety of free weights and machines!! My recommendation to you, is to get in here, get a membership, and get fit physically and mentally! I support World Gym. Thank you for being a great Establishment! - Josh J Junkala
