I enjoy working out at World Gym. The facility is well maintained and clean. The staff is friendly. I like to move through my workouts quickly from one machine to the next. I sometimes have to work around some members that tie up equipment while socializing or just sitting there. Please, folks...just do your reps and move on.
I love World Gym and go there several times a week to work out and run on the treadmill. It is very spacious and friendly. I've made new friends here and we often chat between workouts. I highly recommend it!
I like world gym as a gym an all the classes they provide but the childcare hrs cater more for at home mothers then the working ones... It would be nice if they opened the childcare area opened up in the afternoon by 3 or 3:30 instead of 4:30pm!
Its a nice place to lift.people are helpfull but won't lift your weights for you.
