Professional, friendly staff. Members show respect for one another. Always great opportunities to excercise, be it weight traing, circuit, professional trainers, spin, yoga, aerobics, tennis and racquetball. I have been a member for 15 years and couldn't see training anywhere else! !
This place is awsome it has everything thing you need. From racket ball to a pool. And the best spin instructor. Enjoy going every day.
Excellent gym! Well maintained, courtesy staff and they have a cafe, swimming pool, massage on site as well as other services.
Great gym have been a member for 20+great people, and classes !!!
