I want to say thank you to Terry Leach who worked with me as my personal trainer this summer. If you haven't worked out with Terry before and you want to take your fitness to the next level, she will get you there. Terry is tough, knowledgeable, experienced and one of the most happy positive people that I know. This is just one more reason why I love World Gym Bay Shore or Amritraj as we long time members still refer to it. While I'm at kudos to Bill for working so hard to make this gym what it is.

Great gym, wonderful staff, so much to do at this facility, swimming, sauna,whirlpool, racquetball, the list goes on...free weights, cardio, spin classes, trainers who are friendly and approachable. Best part about it is nobody judges you. You can come in do your work out and get on with your day! Been a happy customer here for over five years, and see no reason to change.
I've been a member for years and have only wonderful things to say about this place. The facility is clean and well maintained. The members and staff are always friendly and it is a non intimidating atmosphere. Would highly recommend this gym.
