I think this is a great gym in Desert Hot Springs! The people are absolutely wonderful and friendly who work there and the members are also very friendly. Seems that people are willing to share and very helpful. They have plenty of wait to move around as well as machines and awesome trainers that really whip you into shape!

Pruebalo te ba a encantar .... ahí te olvidas de todo y de todos ... este es mi segundo año consecutivo ... gracias a dios que me da la energía y las ganas para no seguir adelante . Con sólo 3 o 4 dias ala semana . Me siento fenomenal ...
