I’ve went to gyms through out Toronto and honestly worlds gym has the best training environment. Everyone’s friendly and is willing to give advice. As for the staff there incredibly friendly. @dheeran and @trevin and a few others who I know there have been really nice . The gym is great loaded with all different types of machines many squat racks and benches also smith machines . Wide variety of dumbbells etc. Worlds gym makes me feel at home won’t consider going to any other gym
Great gym... Very clean and lots of variety, but they should be absolutely ashamed of charging $1.00 FOR A TOWEL...A TOWEL.....TO BORROW.....NOT TO BUY.... COME ON.
If I can give them 0 stars out of 5 I would! This is the WORST customer experience I’ve received EVER! I requested to cancel due to medical reasons exceeding 6 months & I was advised I can do so with a doctors note. As per their instructions, I did exactly that and the manager is STILL REFUSING to cancel it and now all of a sudden I can only put it on hold. I asked her if I have this condition exceeding 7 yrs will they still charge me to put it on hold annually and she said yes with attitude. I have to question if I’m dealin... read more
Poor management by Mike and his crew. We were members for a year, then they shut down our location with less than two weeks of warning and told us that, for the same price we could drive twice as far to a space half the size. When we declined they charged us for the month we could not use the gym before they would cancel our membership.
Way too small. Was going to the other world gym before it closed. This gym is way too small and doesn't have as much equipment like the other one had.
