I was on my way home from the Arnold Festival in Columbus back to Maryland and was looking for a gym on the way out. Being into bodybuilding Planet Fitness was not an option and completely out of the picture. Lol. Glad to have found this gym, what seemed to be out in the boonies off the highway! But it was a nice, clean gym. Friendly staff, showers were nice and hot! Nice little area to grab a protein bar as well as a T-shirt! Would definitely stop in again if I was rolling through the area!
one best gyms ive been to .it a true gym.not those phony so called fitness areas.it got what u need 24/7.freindly clean heavy dumbells and weights nice machaines.always make it a place we stop when traveling

Great gym... Very clean and lots of variety, but they should be absolutely ashamed of charging $1.00 FOR A TOWEL...A TOWEL.....TO BORROW.....NOT TO BUY.... COME ON.
