We are in AZ outside of Phoenix. We had a hot tub installed yes I know what you are thinking a hot tub in AZ. Hey it was only 116 yesterday but in the winter sometimes it gets to a bone chilling 60 and then we can use the hot tub. Anyway we have a 2300 sq ft two master sweet house w/ a flat patio roof. When it does rain here we get about a half inch of rain in ten minutes then it’s over. We ordered a rain gutter system ( less than 40 feet ) and every thing to install it.
