Excellent Service!!! Found them via citysearch. They were very helpful on the phone as I was having issues with AAA insurance. They offerd to help and gave me suggesstion on the phone (no cost) before i had to go in because AAA was being unreasonable. The process was painless and the cost very reasonable. I highly recommend them for anyone that is looking for a high-class professional organization! Steve

Good service. I was having a hard time finding a jewelry appraiser, and I got the name of these guys from a couple stores in the area. I'm glad I found them. Very professional, very informative about my jewelry. I recommend them if your looking to get an appraisal for insurance. They made the process very easy, and I got the document fast. Definitely recommend them for anyone who wants to get their jewelry appraised.

Very helpful – I had my ring appraised today by Todd and he was very helpful and professional. He explained everything to me and let me look at my ring through the microscope which was nice. They also extensively cleaned all of my rings (even the ones I wasn't appraising) for free and checked them all out to make sure nothing was loose/damaged. My experience was very good and the price was right too. I will definitely be going to them in the future.

Exactly what I needed. – World Gemological Services is customer-oriented and boasts a successful appraisal process. Whitney helped me with both of my appraisals and she was the epitome of a professional. She made a point to inform me of my diamond's main characteristics and other useful knowledge about the industry. I felt secure and at ease during the entire process which was also less time consuming that I had thought. Thanks.

Superb service and very educational. – If you need an appraisal, Todd is great. He really enjoys his work and is very professional in his approach and in the information that is shared. Very service oriented. If every I need another appraisal I will surely return. Will even consider going there for any future jewelry purchases.

Super Service! Super informative! – I have to say I really am happy I found this company when I was looking online to get an appraisal for insurance. Over the years I have gone to various appraisers. I found World Gemological the best Ive been to so far. They were very professional, had amazing costumer service, and even though when I initially made the appointment for a half hour, the appraiser sat with me until I had all my questioned answered about my rings. Friendly, Helpful, Great Experiance! – I was looking to get my item insured, but was very nervous about leaving my wifes ring anywhere. These guys put me at ease. They do the appraisal right on front of you, and you dont have to leave it with them. They showed me the stone under the microscope, and gave me a great diamond education at the same time.
