Better communication with adjuster and client.
RecommendedIt took longer than expected as they tried to get in the parts faster , but they kept in contact giving me updates, which I appreciated. Doug was great and very reassuring. There were some pieces of the back window left laying in back which I thought would have been cleaned up. Overall we were satisfied with the finished work.

Brought my Ford Edge to this company to be repaired after getting hit from behind. Jason S is the one who took over my vehicle to make sure everything was fixed and returned to me!! I want to start off by saying, he does not return phone calls!! I was told my car would be ready in 3 days, bumper replaced and painted. I called to check on my vehicle on day 4 and was told, 9 more days, they found more damage behind bumper that needed fixed!! 9 more days later, my vehicle still wasn’t ready!!
