Got a letter in mail said i was preapproved.The number that is on the letter to call is wrong. It is the same number that is listed here.
The office manager at this location (Hixon office) is very rude. I had an account that has been paid off for 3 years. I have papers signed by a Judge that the account was paid, but this lady refuses to remove it from my credit. The office manager insulted me and called me a liar after contacting their office every few days for two weeks. She still insists that I owe them, does not care what the papers from the Judge says.
