I've been a regular customer, but tonight was incredibly disappointing. I placed a takeout order and ended up waiting almost an hour to receive my food. The employee did apologize and admitted the mistake was on their end, and I appreciate her honesty, but waiting that long for a simple takeout order is unacceptable. Mistakes happen, but better communication and quicker resolution would have gone a long way. As a loyal customer, I expect much better service than this. Food is always good, never bad I always order here. However my favorite dessert from them is the banana pudding cheesecake cake but lately it has been burnt, unpleasant, and kind of rotten. I left photos of how it use to be vs how it is now.
I was to excited to eat here that I realized after I finished the food, that I forgot to take a picture of it . It was so good!!
