You have a stellar artist and apprentice that carry amazing customer service.
Tim Cusack is the most professional, talented, and personable artist I've ever had the pleasure of working with. He really cares about accuracy and takes every measure to make sure your body art is the best it can be. My Rosary tattoo came out perfectly and the whole experience was just wonderful. I would recommend him to anyone wanting a tattoo!

I had Zach do a tattoo of a heart that Demi Lovato drew, and it’s nothing short of incredible!! I walked right in at about 12 on a Wednesday, with no wait! And even though it’s cash only, there’s an atm right inside!!
Walked in to get matching tattoos with some family unfortunately I got Adam king and dude did a terrible job. Lines aren’t clean at all and did a terrible on filling it in. If you want a clean tattoo I’d definitely steer away from this place or pick a different artist. Timothy C, Spider and Zach all did great on my family members tattoo which is the only reason it’s getting 2 stars and not one.
I went to get my shoulder done and of course paid the non-refundable deposit for the session to be scheduled. Well, they kept my $$ and never called me to schedule my appointment. I will never go to this place again and I would not recommend it to anyone. Sad when you pay a deposit because your serious about getting Ink done, get told you will hear from us in a week to set up your 1st session, never got a call. My daughter has been trying to get a tattoo for 2 days now. Drove up from NC and the wait is and always has been every time she goes, at least 3 hours. You can only make an appt at the actual place so appts would not work for her since she would have to drive there to make an appt and then go back another day. They refuse to give her money back and she hasn’t even gotten the tattoo yet. Worse place ever!

I believe she got tattooed the other day mam. The night she decided to leave after paying for her tattoo we issued her a gift card because we had already done closing paperwork and dropped the money, (which she seemed just fine with at the time.) We are first come first serve and we are a busy shop, and we told her if she wanted to book an appointment she could, all she had to do was check out portfolios and pick an artist so one could consult with her and schedule her in.
