My first tattoo ever done here. Joe Hitt is amazing!! I am saving money to make the trip back to virginia to be tattooed again by him!! I got great plans for my thigh piece!!

Funny! Conversational, and more than willing to work with your ideas. I can't tell you how important it is to have an artist that cared about the piece you want and capturing it the way you want it. Nick has been amazing at this.
Took both my sons, at two different times, one to the Portsmouth and the other to the VA Beach location. Both were done as walk ins and we were in & out in about an hours time. Both artist were great, Logan (Portsmouth) & Joe (VA beach). The only thing I would say needs improvement is the Portsmouth location needs a face lift. Everything looks out of date, even the furinture was covered with what appeared to be throw rugs.
