Hot waitresses 10/10 would recommend. Awesome food by the way. You can't go wrong here! I met my 5th wife here over drinks and she is full shave. Very nice!!
Didn't get to go they closed at nine when the sign said open until 2 and Google said open until midnight :0(. I don't think it would be too difficult to leave one cook and a few servers there to stay open...especially when everything else is closed around there and your name is "world famous"
Breakfast, lunch, brunch, dinner or just a light snack & drinks in the bar, you will never be disappointed. The food is sooooo delicious and the service is over the top! This is our go to for anytime we are in San Diego��
Aside from the hassle of beach parking (they do offer valet) this place is great. You can't beat the beach views while having really good food. I have only had their breakfast food but they have a full menu. They also have a nice bar and the best price in SD on 1942.

We used to live down the street and go 1-2 times a week for breakfast and Happy Hour. We got engaged here and now that we moved away, we come back to World Famous every time we are in town. Happy Hour Monday was wonderful...as always!
Been going to World Famous for YEARS! Never disappointed.
I have Celiac disease and our server was very knowledgeable about what gluten free substitutes they could do for me. I had the grilled shrimp tacos on corn tortillas. I did not get sick from cross contamination either! Great service and atmosphere.
Love the Salmon on the mac and cheese!!! My fave!! With the nut brie appetizer!
