Ron & Chris were very easy to work with. they went above and beyond to get this deal completed for me. I would definitely go back if needed another vehicle. I know my son is going to be purchasing a vehicle in a couple months and he’s definitely gonna go to them first. I definitely would give them a five star rating.
This place is good at one thing only and that is selling you a car. They will do or say whatever is needed to get you to sign the dotted line, but after they don’t follow through. Their word means nothing. Back in May 2019, we purchased a 2010 Audi Q7 from them. There were a few issues with it that we knew about going in, but were promised these items would be fixed. I've never experience a more dishonest, sleazy company in my entire life. They will do whatever is necessary to weasel you out of your money. Buy a car somewhere else and save yourself the trouble.
This place has given me the worst car buying experience of my life and we are stuck with this car and payment. They are straight up liars.
DO NOT BUY HERE. We were straight up lied to; the staff gives ‘used car salesmen’ a bad name. A price was negotiated on a car to buy and a car to sell- they didn’t honor either. They said that the car only came with one key but that they would ‘split the cost have a 2nd key cut’ for $150 but it turns out that they SOLD US THE ORIGINAL KEY (verified by the original car company, VW). They literally lied to get an extra $150. They said they would send the invoice to prove it was a newly cut key then never did after multiple fol... read more
Don't do business here! I bought a mini van at the end of March 2019. We did some negotiations to come up with the price and to this day (July 2019) they have not fulfilled their part! I have called over and over and been assured they are going to. I have now filled a complaint with the BBB and am taking to social media!
Our initial transaction started off great which we were allowed to drive the car for a few hours while they were apprising our vehicle for trade-in. After spending so many times going back and forth, we finally made a deal in which we paid a very large sum of money for a "gently used" SUV. I have never been treated so badly in my life! I purchased a 2010 Volvo S40 from them a few weeks ago. I also bought a 60 month 100k mile warranty when I got the car. All of that went well. Now I have a car with a check engine light on, the AC works only intermittently and the engine is knocking pretty vigorously. I called about having my car maintenances there and was given a run around answer like "call back tomorrow, our service guys are gone for the day".
