One of the worst experiences I've ever had renting. Jim was the manager of my rental for my landlord. And I can honestly say I'm not surprised my landlord fired him and the company. When signing the lease I noticed several fixes and paint jobs he had to make before I moved in. He agreed and got them written in the lease, but the day I moved in and he had not done any of them. I dealt with Jim the whole time. For background info I've known jim for over 10 years as I went to school with his kids. First it was good, everything went normal. Got receipts, Said he was going to have the house inspected come may, had someone he knew come cut the grass. Thats where it ended. Stopped getting receipts for the last 18 months, never got inspected, never got registered as a rental in the city of livonia, water bill was $800 pas due, lied to us about why we could not resign another lease, moved my roommate into... read more
