This is the worst cleaning service in South Florida. I used them once a couple of years ago and a ring came up missing. Also the girl wiped her dirty shoes on my white carpet. Unbelievable. I tried them again recently, thinking that perhaps things got better because they were still in business. The owner Carissa is the worst person to run a business. I've been using WCC, and working with Carissa for over 5 years - and have NEVER been disappointed with anybody she has sent. Great people, price and service. You have to tell and direct them what you want done and to focus on within a 3 hour period for $38... don't expect miracles!

I GUESS ITS TRUE WHAT THEY SAY, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. IT COST ME $38, WHAT A DEAL RIGHT? WELL NO BECAUSE THEY BROKE MY SHELF AND TRIED TO HIDE IT. THEY DIDN'T VACUUM OR CLEAN UNDER ANYTHING, JUST AROUND STUFF. DIDN'T MAKE THE BEDS. THE COUNTERS WERE GOOKY. DIDN'T EMPTY THE TRASH. THEY CAME LATE AND LEFT EARLY. WHEN I CALLED TO COMPLAIN, THE OWNER CARISSA MACLEAN DIDN'T RETURN MY CALL FOR ALMOST A WEEK AND THEN WAS INCREDIBLY RUDE. I ASKED HER TO SEND SOMEONE ELSE OUT TO FINISH THE JOB AND SHE REFUSED.
