3 Star : Likely to Recommend They over charge! I took the car to two other shops prior to bringing it to World AutoBody. These places gave estimate of $5K-$6K for the repair. AutoBody charged around $10k. Interestingly, the AutoBody guy initially gave me a verbal estimate of around ~$4k before I filed the insurance paperwork. I let AutoBody do the work because it was recommended by my insurance company, otherwise I would have gone elsewhere. 5 Star : Repair Quality 4 Star : Customer Service

He communicated directly with my insurance carrier, so that the process was seamless and very low stress for me. However when I went to end my lease 5 days later the people at BMW noticed the paint was not intact and the hazard light below the repair was not fixed and moved. 4.5 Star : Likely to Recommend I wouldn’t have known about them except my insurance company recommended them. 4.5 Star : Repair Quality There are several small paint drips on the rear bumper. I am waiting on a mud guard that is on back order. Was hoping to solve these issues before commenting, but endless emails keep coming. I am otherwise very satisfied with the results of the repairs. 5 Star : Customer Service The people are terrific and work well as a team.
