Can you replace a ring that was purchased in 2006. My daughter lost hers and I want to replace it. White 14k gold and the style was Victoria, was medium.
The craftsmanship and quality with which this ring was made exceeded my expectations, it is absolutely beautiful! And it arrived in less than a week which again was beyond what was expected. I ordered this ring for my mother because she used to have one similar. Her father bought it for her while he was in Turkey when she was a young girl and I can’t remember a time she didn’t wear it. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOLLOW UP My fiance loves her ring, but I wish could take it all back and would've bought it elsewhere. My husband bought my wedding ring/puzzle ring from the MN Renaissance festival 6 years ago, this fall I noticed that I had somehow chipped the sapphire, Norman was fantastic to work with!
