The staff here were friendly, and overall the check-in process went smoothly. However, I noticed a very concerning and unhygienic practice during the drug testing process. The staff members were pouring the remaining urine samples directly into the hand-washing sink. This wasn’t just a one-time mistake for me; they did the exact same thing for my companions as well, making it feel like this is a routine and normal procedure for them. I went here for a work clerance. Do not go to this location if you don't want to paraded around in front of others in a gown for a urinalysis. I saw someone else mentioned this in the comments. I had no problem doing a urinalysis, but as a female, I felt incredibly embarrassed and shamed when I had to go through the lobby in front of EVERYONE in a gown to get to the room to do the urinalysis. I have no idea why they would not move this closer to the exam room. It's not ok that you have patients exposing themselves like this.... read more
