At this point if I could give this place zero stars, I would. Recently had to use them for my workman's comp claim. Right out of the gate I knew they were sketchy because they were supposed to be paying me according to my work schedule which this weekly but I was told it's according to their pay schedule, which was bi-weekly. People who care and make a difference
Submitted a claim over two months ago and cannot get a return call from the claim adjuster. Our medical office will not ever accept another worker's comp patient with this company unfortunately. I have been trying to get this paid by sending an additional fax and phone calls are not returned. Very, very frustrating and time consuming to keep chasing them for a reply.
Pathetic service! No one calls you or even receive your calls. No one even responds to emails. Even the supervisors never call back!!! I don’t even know who to complain to about them!!!!
