Love this place, my husband has been a member over 6 yrs and I have gone with him as a guest for over 5 years and the employees there are always incredibly professional and helpful. It is so nice to be greeted by such friendly people as we walk into our GYM! Great job to Catia Gilbert for being such a go getter and always being so competent!!!
Someone hit my husband’s car while it was parked and he was inside working out at the time. My husband noticed a dent on the side of his car the next day, and talked to the supposedly ‘manager’ to report an incident and he said because my husband didn’t mentioned the day of, that he basically can’t do nothing about it. Now, I’m pretty sure they have cameras in that place. Doesn’t matter if my husband reported the day of, or the next day. It happened. Works for me . Clean, plenty of equipment, even when there's alot of people .
Hey their slow in the communication area but I did get a call from Carla at corporate ... Today infact 3/5 . Be patient the staff gets overwhelmed the place gets packed . I, ve been a member almost 9 years and it's a big gym lots of machines . So many people working out leave their weights on the bar ... And they need 2 cleaners per shift people are slobs paper towels on the floor water bottles left so be patient it's still a better gym for the money .
Babysitting area not clean and kids not looked after
I'm usually at WOW-Fall River, but wanted to do something different. Overall the facility is nice...the locker room is very spacious. The Ladies workout area has just about every piece of workout equipment I need. Kudos for having a row machine. I can't wait the new facility when it opens :)

I've had a wonderful first week. I wish I became a member a long time ago. I love the number of equipment choices and the fact that it is not intimidating. The staff is very helpful too.
