This place is the worst gym I've ever worked out at. The employee who gave me my membership, Carlos, failed to mention anything about an annual fee and did not give me a hard copy of my membership agreement. After the annual fee was taken out of my account it took corporate 2 weeks to get back to me and is now saying it is impossible for them to refund my money even though Carlos has a history of being uninformative and neglectful.
I thoroughly enjoy this gym, the staff is always helpful and greets you with a smile. Grant Gadbois was extremely helpful with clearing up any questions i had when signing up and helping with my insurance reimbursement paperwork

Love that they have such awesome staff. Friendly and helpful. Especially Chanel! She's great! Being open 24/7 and huge variety of classes is awesome too.

All the employees are very nice and accommodating however not all machines work. Treadmills the tvs don't all work and the volume isn't the best. You can't watch a show while working out without your headphones falling out. You can't have them pushed all the way in because then the volume doesn't work.

Me and my husband have been members here since 2011. We used to bring our children to the daycare when they were smaller and the girls were always so great with them. Now we go when we can, my only regret is not being able to go more. I love that they have am abundance of elipticals and treadmills i can always find one open and they have a women's area too. Great prices, great people! Can't beat it.
