Just walked into the gym haven't been here in over a year... AJ & Keen are absolutely AMAZING!!!! They made me feel so comfortable & now I feel like I'm really going to be able to reach my goal. I go to this gym often, I think it’s pretty good. For an amateur bodybuilder/powerlifter it gets the job done. It’s great to have a gym available to you 24/7 and that’s key to someone trying to get into this lifestyle. The staff is pretty friendly and I can tell they do their best to keep the place clean.
Fantastic gym! 10/10, highly recommend! The atmosphere is phenomenal. The staff is always welcoming and helpful. They offer personal training which is also a huge plus. I’ve started personal training with Akeen who has motivated me to achieve my fitness goals quicker than I planned. With fast results (physically and mentally), he helps you learn to love the gym. Just signed up for personal trainer at wow with Akeen Brown I am really excited to work with Caroline De La Cruz! I have been at Wow for a while and just need to see results! He also threw in a few boxing session in my program! Time to get fit! ��
Love this place, my husband has been a member over 6 yrs and I have gone with him as a guest for over 5 years and the employees there are always incredibly professional and helpful. It is so nice to be greeted by such friendly people as we walk into our GYM! Great job to Catia Gilbert for being such a go getter and always being so competent!!!
My son loves all the girls in the daycare. staff is friendly. Plenty of free weights and machines new bathrooms are very nice.
