The equipment was adequate. It was my first time but PT Akeen was very friendly & welcoming. My work out partner loved the extra equipment in the ladies only area. The saunas are a great bonus. The shower stalls are a bit small & could have been cleaner. Overall, it was a good experience and I'll be back.

WOW has the best trainers! AJ maintains the club so well and he doubles as an excellent trainer! Only thing that could make this place better is towel service.
