The instructors are as warm and inviting as is the venue!
I love this place. They push you but are also so supportive. I've done and trampoline and jump class. Always look forward to it each week.
Signed up for the introducctory special and love the two trainers I've taken classes with so far - Alex (Rowblast) and Allison (Bootcamp). They are both fun, motivating, challenging and serious about form. I love that the classes are small. Beautiful space and nice equipment too.
