Sometimes starting at a new gym can be intimidating, but here everyone is like family as soon as you walk in the door and you are instantly relieved of that stress you had walking in.

Workout Factory is a boutique fitness studio with a wide selection of group classes. The class sizes are kept on the small side, which means individual attention and adjustments from the instructor. All of the instructors are very knowledgeable and give modifications and advancements where needed. Be prepared to feel muscles you didn't know you had!
