The space is clean and the staff are so nice. It’s a small gym but it has all you need. The mats were torn up when I first got there, but I sent the owner an email and they INSTANTLY replied to me and told me they would get new mats. Very thoughtful folks here!
I really love this gym. The staff members are helpful, and always friendly. There is enough equipment to get any sort of workout you want in and the price is right. I would recommend trying out this gym!
I'm happy to have a gym near my house, but its hygiene bothers me! The equipment is never cleaned.
A hidden gem!!! Absolutely love this gym!!! It's nothing like I expected when I was looking for a gym after moving here. The staff keeps it clean!! The folks clean up after themselves after working out. Plenty of equipment. I had so much trouble with the QR code to enter on off hours, so I got a barcode & no drama now.
AMAZING gym just like the other in east Rochester!!! Very CLEAN...UPDATED cardio equipment and existing equipment is in GREAT ORDER!!! LOVE IT!!!
