Matrix machines weight adjustment inoperable. Every free machine had 180 pounds or more already loaded. Took 20 minutes to get in and still the door never opened...someone let me in. Called 800 number that must be in another country....clueless. I expected better
This gym has the most outstanding and polite people around, especially Ana!
