Sub-par equipment and facility. Spoke with customer service about a billing dispute and they were not helpful and actually went back on their word. Spend your money elsewhere. Not to mention, they’ve now sent this dispute which should’ve been resolved in house to collections against my credit. Terrible gym and even worse management. If I could give 0 stars I would.
If I could give 0 stars I would. After I shut my gym down, I recommended to all my members to sign up here. I signed up myself and rarely even went. So I technically donated every month for around 5 years. After my card got compromised, I never updated it in their system. So instead of canceling my membership like any other gym would, they kept trying to charge me and turned over $170 to collections against my credit!! Absolute TRASH business and TRASH manager.
