I’ve been coming to this gym for about a year now and the staff is always friendly! Josh and David always help out whenever I have a question and environment here is very welcoming and comfortable. Would recommend this gym over anybody other gym in Sumter!!

I just wanted to recognize David for doing an excellent job. He was very welcoming, professional, and took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. His positive attitude and willingness to help made my experience at the gym even better. It’s clear that David genuinely cares about the members and takes pride in his work. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves for his outstanding customer service!

Whew so much positive comments I can imply. Truly enjoy attending this gym at least 4 days days a week. The trainers and members are friendly and everyone assists if needed. So thankful for gym family paired with warm atmosphere. Been a member for over a decade.
