I'm seeing a lot of negative reviews regarding contract issues. I can honestly say I've never had any issues with Serena (I hope I spelled it right) or any of her staff. A copy of the contract agreement is sent to your email when you sign up, and maybe dont sign something if you dont know what you're signing?
