I love this gym! It has everything you need, my favorite part being the punching bag in the back patio area! I’m fairly new to lifting and Mr. Dwayne was SOOOO helpful. He showed me the proper form of some workouts and helped me figure out a few workouts that I could do to reach my goals! Both Taylor and Dwayne are super nice. A great staff really makes a difference. I was also very impressed with how well kept the restroom was!
