Zero stars. I and my daughter have attempted to cancel her membership after graduating in May for months that has now gone to a law firm for collections. We have spoken to several staff members who have assured us this has been resolved to no avail. Also, no one picks up their phone. I am now going to contact the Better Business Bureau.
Spoke to a gentleman today. Who spoke about new ownership/leadership being present this week. I’ve already noticed a huge difference in the gym this past coming week. The tanning bed is working after they’re not working for the last couple of months. When I spoke to him, he informed me that he fixed it and then stopped with me for over 20 minutes to make sure that the machine was operating and functional. Don’t sign-up, you will never be able to cancel and they will continue to charge your card. I have went in-person several times about this issue and it’s still not resolved. STAY AWAY!!!!
I've been going to this gym about 4-5x/week for almost a year, and the quality has gone down astronomically over time. 1. There have been multiple occasions where there was zero toilet paper in both the women's and men's locker rooms. Not a single roll available in either restroom. No employee was around to fix it. 2. The water fountain filter light was green for the first month the gym was open and when I first joined. Ever since it turned red indicating it needed to be replaced, it was never done. No one around on duty, paid for xtra’s but red lights, massage chairs broken and tanning all broken. Such a nice gymn poor management
