The cancellation process has been absolutely atrocious, I tried to cancel my membership multiple times on the app back in mid-late April because I couldn't get ahold of anyone at the branch all the times I called, I finally got it resolved in May after $100 between the 2 months had been paid and I couldn't get back even though I was doing everything in my power to cancel my membership. Clean and organize. Very nice place
I'm so so grateful this franchise gym opened up in the area. Before, I was a member of the local wellness center, with it being the only option. I'm so much happier with workout anytime for so many reasons big and small. First of all, being that the staff is so friendly and welcoming. They also do an amazing job at keeping the gym in pristine conditions- shoutout to them for their hardwork. Just got a nice call from Garrick at the Blairsville, Georgia Workout Anytime stating they were sorry for the miscommunication and the membership has been cancelled and a refund is in the mail. Thank you SECOND REQUEST TO STOP DEDUCTING FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT. My membership ended in September. You are still deducting $14.99 a month from my bank account.
