April has the best gym and atmosphere I’ve been to in the past decade. I drive almost an hour to see her for personal training and she gives me the tools I need to be successful when training on my own. April is the best personal trainer I’ve had and I know others could benefit from her knowledge and kindness! She provides an environment for anyone, gay or straight, young or old, man or woman. Thank you for being amazing, April!

This gym is kept very clean and has a welcoming environment. The staff and the members are personable and friendly. I also appreciate the variety of well-maintained equipment that is available. It's evident that cleanliness and community are priorities here.

This is an amazing gym! Everyone at the front desk is so friendly. There is a range of ages, sizes and abilities from the members so it’s not an intimidating place to work out. April, my trainer (and the owner) is so incredibly knowledgeable about all things health and fitness. She has helped me more than I can say on my fitness journey! I would recommend this gym to anyone looking to make a positive change in their routine!
