I would like to thank the worked medoffice in fresno. They have made me feel comfortable and listened. I have had the bad and the good in different offices. And at the end I found work med. Monica is fabulous she has out did her self. If I had problems with promacys and she took care of it. The office work place is always inviting. Right from the entrance I was greeted. I can’t recommend Dr. Calhoun and his wonderful team highly enough! After experiencing an injury, I switched from St. Agnes Occupational Health, and I am so grateful I did. I’ve been seeing Dr. Calhoun for over 5 years, and he has consistently provided exceptional care. The office manager lied after I complained about a mistake on the part of Dr. Calhoun, after saying his office would be filling out the Disability Paperwork I needed from several years back because of other errors. He didn't clarify the process and was a bit rude as well during the appointment. Normally I don't complain, but after the office assistant or manager said that I was upset when I showed up and wasn't, I now feel it's important to speak up clearly because of the conduct of their office.
