Purchased a 12x6 from these with electric brake upgrade and a few other things. There was a hold up with licensing (No fault of Workmate) but Jarrad bent over backwards to make things happen even delivering the trailer to the other side of Perth in his own time after a hard day at work. Old fashion customer service right there. 's hands down. Professional, courteous and happy to add things on / modify as per my request. Can't recommend Jarrad and Workmate trailers enough. Thank you guys
Exceptional service quick response and very easy to deal with. Purchased a 3 door conopy for my pest business in the Pilbara price was on point and freight was sorted all in all smooth process from start to finish highly recommend using this company. Will use again in the future
BUYER BEWARE. Cheap poor quality Chinese made trailers. Really rough galvanising and poor quality wiring and materials. Would look elsewhere for a trailer. I observed staff assembling flat pack trailers from China in a shop front while spraying trailers with spray cans of galvanising spray paint. The quality of welding is quite simply horrible. Neil and the lads at Workmate Trailers were very helpful, polite and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommended.
