Location is closed down. Sign on the door directs you to West Valley location. Nothing to indicate on their website or anywhere else about the closure. Very inconvenient for people trying to run in real quick before work then have to drive to another location.

The girls working here were very rude. I walked in and before the door even closed behind me I wasnt given the chance to open my mouth to even say anything or even breathe for that matter. I was going to say Hi! How are you today! Instead, I was demanded to sign in and have a seat and that's all that was said. It was hard for me not to ask them if they were rude to everyone that walks in here. I would feel differently if the gal at the desk didn't have the worst attitude and tone in the world. This place is a joke. No one answers phones. Then when they do they pass you off to someone else who passes you off to someone else. No one knows anything. Then when you get passed to the last person you just get a voicemail that kno one will call you back on. It took me 4 months just to make my payment last year because no one knew how to take a payment. Get it together people
