I was so happy to finally talk with a lawyer who was willing to listen to me. I called and was on the phone with a real workers compensation lawyer within 10 mins. I explained my case to him, he listened to me for about 10 minutes and then was very honest with me about what my expectations could be for a settlement. I was not too concerned about the money as much as I was frustrated with not getting my medical care and prescriptions on time.
