I have been acquainted with Workright for over a decade. They have been invaluable to me in my role as a Labor Relations Manager that often needs subject matter expertise on drug screening questions. Workright has always been extremely responsive and attentive!
This place is horrible I've never felt so violated. On two separate occasions I was groped,sexually harassed and profiled. On my first encounter I was asked to do an OBSERVED urine test I declined and was failed. On the second I was searched and patted down and after I handed in my urine sample the tester SMELLED my urine and failed my sample do to a lack of oxygen, in which you can't test for in a 10 screen panel drug test. This place a nightmare and traumatizing.
After working through the process, the team was great at helping me find a resolution and keeping me updated along the way. They took the time to work with me professionally and made sure my concerns were addressed. I appreciate the effort and communication throughout the situation. I strongly recommend the facility.
