Lame. I moved to Hawaii and trying to cancel through them is impossible. I mean I just canceled the charges on my card but I should’ve been able to do it over the phone with them. Instead I got redirected to another number with a person who shouldn’t be working in any capacity as a service rep.

RecommendedNew building isn’t as big as old one, so a little more cramped and maybe less machines. But the treadmills make up for it.

This was my favorite location by far. Was my home gym for 7 years or so. I would make a 20 minute drive past the Fall River one to go here. The remodel ruined it. There isn’t enough room if you want to do anything besides cardio.
the tanning booths are never cleaned or sanitizer

Some of the instructors are rude and not friendly at all...the classes are so unorganized and unbalanced. That gym is not like it use to be. Also it’s a very filthy environment!
