What amazing customer service! I highly recommend this company to anyone. Tim (worcster) and Mike (chicopee) went above and beyond when I was stuck roadside trying to figure out where to get my tire fixed. They were so patient and went above and beyond helping me figure out where to go.
Just want to say TIM the store manager is super nice and good customer service, help me get my oil change and tire rotated service was completed in a timely manner, and help me with a good deal on getting new tires :)))
TERRIBLE PLACE!! Owner overcharged me for some work on my car saying he has to charge so much because he used the best quality parts. A month later the parts are garbage!!
THANK YOU SO MUCH CITY TIRE AND TIM!! We called City Tire with an issue with our tire and Tim answered the phone. He truly could not have been nicer! He offered for us to swing by on our way out of town to check and see if anything needed to be done since we were on a very long raod trip. We did just that (its right off the highway). I made an appointment for the 4 tire replacement I needed because they gave me the best price in town and the service is always quick and courteous. Decent waiting area, too. I would recommend them.
