Called and would never recommend as the person(assuming it’s the owner) is rude and has no customer service skills.

To be honest, I was a little hesitant about this place when I read the reviews. I was moving out of my apartment and needed a storage unit the same day because our other storage place rented out our reserved unit by mistake. I called the owner of Worcester Self Storage Box, and told him that I am currently moving my belongings into a truck and would be down in a few hours.
