Great staff and more cutting edge with the services/skills they provide!
I am very happy with the service I received after my rotator cuff surgery. The surgery itself was no fun. But the excellent staff at Worcester Physical Therapy ensured I made a full recovery. We had some great laughs too. I highly recommend!!

Horrible billing system!!!they were least informative and charged the patient double. The person was least apologetic and the poor patient was billed after the services was performed for absolutely no fault of his. Add to this they gave a higher rate and expect the patient to return. Worst customer retention strategy and poor customer service in one of the most key areas involving pricing. NEVER recommend. Please stay away . ZERO stars.
