This office is top notch❣️Professional, personable and ready to go the extra step to make their patients comfortable. I contacted the office due to an urgent dental issue. They found an appointment on the same day. Dr. Hahn came in early to have my surgery done the next day. She talked me through the whole process and called me at 7 pm to check in on my condition! From the time you enter the office until the time you leave you are treated with kindness. Dr Litwin and staff are extremely helpful,answer all questions and are completely professional throughout your visit.Follow ups are very thorough and explanations are given to you from start to finish. No surprises on billing or the procedures. Outstanding!!!
I have been Dr. Verdieu’s patient for some years now. I am always anxious and nervous going in, but I always leave thinking that it was a very good experience and feeling my needs are taken care of by staff who are professionals and courteous. I appreciate that they are trying to be in the 21st century and not only use paper and pencil, and they know of the latest in terms of periodontics care. I highly recommend this practice because they are experts, professionals, and humans.
I can’t say enough good things about Worcester periodontics team as I’m in the process of getting implants and thank the team for the excellence in doing the implants.
