For the last two years everytime I have been to the office the help is new. Today I arrived for my 4:00 appointment at 3:45. There was no one waiting in the office. When a man walked in at 3:55 I noted to myself he must have a 4:00 appointment. It was 4:01. A woman walked in at 4:10 at 4:15 she was brought into the office at 4:20 they had still not called me in. My husband was terrified to have 2 teeth extracted with bone grafts so I accompanied him to his appt along with our 5.5 month old and was blown away by how friendly, calming, and understanding everyone was from the dental assistant, Abby, to Dr V. and others. They put my husbands fears at us and made me feel comfortable as well.
Never in my life have I encountered a more incompetent office in my ENTIRE life. There is not enough room on this page to list how many things they screwed up. Pathetic.
Great place. Very professional with excellent front office. Dr. Verdier is the best. As a physician myself, I appreciate the time he take a to explain his plan and all of my options. I have recommended him to all of my friends!
I had my dental implant surgery done in the state that I permantly reside and my healing abutment fell out, while I was in Worcester. Dr. Verdier took me in without hesitation. Excellent service and a great staff! Highly recommend
