I dont know what to say. The staff are nice enough but they don't do what they're supposed to. My mother's been there for months waiting on physical therapy and hasn't received a single minute of it. Now no one there can watch TV cause apparently they don't pay their bills. Bottom line, don't send anyone you love to anywhere in worcester. It's nothing but a headache.
This place needs renovations and be cleaned better. My relatives room doesn't even have a working phone. I tried getting someone's attention the other day and they were too busy on their cellphone. So far, I'm not happy with this place.

The nurses needs more training in when your loved one that is on hospice and u are told not to push them from eating or drinking and when they do they push and coke them and grab her hand and tell her to stop and yell at her not cool at all imagine if it’s your love one there
