I spent some time there a few weeks ago floor staff like the aids and nurses were pretty good, the physical therapist and nurse practitioner were the best part of the place. The food was ok but not enough usually late and almost always cold. Housekeeping was awful.No wifi. I don't know who exactly is in charge of insurance /social work but I was told a few different stories then they came to my room at 4 o'clock and told me I had one hour to get out they were not worried about my meds, one of the nurses asked me if I was lea... read more
I dont know what to say. The staff are nice enough but they don't do what they're supposed to. My mother's been there for months waiting on physical therapy and hasn't received a single minute of it. Now no one there can watch TV cause apparently they don't pay their bills. Bottom line, don't send anyone you love to anywhere in worcester. It's nothing but a headache.
This place needs renovations and be cleaned better. My relatives room doesn't even have a working phone. I tried getting someone's attention the other day and they were too busy on their cellphone. So far, I'm not happy with this place.
