If you're looking for the best pole studio in greater Boston, look no further. I've been pole dancing for 15 years and training here for almost 10, and the quality of instruction has always been exceptional. The coaches truly understand body dynamics — they don't just teach moves, they teach you how your body moves. The studio is a safe, supportive space where all bodies are welcomed and understood. I've grown more here than anywhere else.
I started here 5 or 6 weeks ago. Took the fundamentals/intro 3-week course and have now been in level 1 for 2-3 weeks. I had absolutely no experience, I am completely out of shape, and my body type is definitely not what comes to mind when you picture someone who does Pole. so happy I got into this !! Its been a year now and I always look forward to the classes, since day 1 I felt a positive change in myself, fast forward to months down the rd, I feel sexy. confident , strong.
